Location

Number 3 Henry Street is centrally located in historic Richmond, a 25 minute drive from Hobart, and just 15 minutes from Hobart airport. Launceston is two hours to the north and Port Arthur and the Tasmanian East Coast just 1¼ hours drive away.

Within easy walking distance of Number 3 is a well stocked village supermarket. A medical centre is located almost next door and a coffee shop, two eateries, and the local pub are in the same block. A ten minute stroll will get you to Richmond Bridge and two of Australia’s oldest churches.

Less than a one hour drive will get you to Hobart and its Salamanca Place, New Norfolk, Sorell, and Oatlands. There are great eateries in Hobart and at some of the Coal Valley wineries. Both old and modern art collections are to be found at The Tasmania Museum and Art Gallery in Hobart and the Museum of Old and New Art at Berridale.
