Facilities
Number 3 is fully self-contained. The house is cosy and comfortable to combat Tasmania’s milder winter, but can be opened up for warm sunny weather.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a queen sized bed. We offer a choice of doonas (duvets) and woollen blankets in order to cater for Richmond’s variable evenings. The two bathrooms are spacious and with modern shower facilities (no baths), toiletries and bathrobes.
A fully equipped laundry will enable you to catch up with any washing requirements and laundry consumables are also provided.
A full range of kitchen facilities are available if you want to prepare your own meals. We supply a range of breakfast foods for the first morning. Tea and coffee supplies are always on hand. Other food and domestic consumables are readily available at the village store, a 5 minute walk away and open 7 days a week. If you don’t want to cook, a local bakery is just around the corner, and is open daily from 7.30am. Local eateries provide breakfast from 9.00am.
Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are provided in the private courtyard. The garden is a work in progress.
